Post Schedule Note
Failure to contact us immediately to tell us that your item has not arrived, or is not as described, or damaged upon delivery, could affect your claim - negatively/otherwise - for a refund/exchange (see paragraph 10 of the guidelines and terms)
While Royal Mail aim to deliver the majority of their first-class items the following day, this is not a guarantee, merely a stated ‘aim.’ According to Royal Mail, first-class mail can take anything up to 3 working days to arrive. Whereas, second-class items can take between two to five working days to arrive. In any event, items which fail to arrive in the above period tend only to be considered lost by Royal Mail after 15 working days have elapsed. 2.1. In situations where unnecessary delays to delivery occur due to actions beyond our control in which negligence arises out of the fault of the shipping company contracted by us to deliver your consignment, then we shall of course issue you with an immediate replacement/refund while we seek full remuneration from our hauliers.
We reserve the right to decide what we consider acceptable timeframes when contacting us to request a refund/exchange with the exception of extenuating circumstances for which supporting evidence may be required. I.E. you were in receipt of hospital care or affected by circumstances beyond your control
We reserve the right to refuse any item(s) returned to us for exchange/refund if the product arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, i.e. damaged due to misuse by the buyer, that arrives minus any/all of its associated labels/certificates/packaging and consequently rendered no longer sale worthy.
We reserve the right to seek full or in part damages from the buyer in matters arising out of negligence by the buyer in which items returned arrive damaged and or missing one or more of their components. (see paragraph 4 of the post schedule notes above)
Credit notes if issued are usually valid for six months from the date of issue and are non-transferable. E.g. if your credit note was valued at £50.00 and you used it to buy an item worth £45.00, you will not be remunorated for the remaining £5.00.
All refunds - if approved - are paid immediately or on the next available working day along with any postage/insurance moneys due to the buyer
